I went with a Comp Cams 282s Magnum - my build is almost exactly like yours; .030 over with TRW flat-tops, Aussie heads, Speed Demon 750vs carb. Duration is 282/282, 236/236 @ .050", .570/.570 lift, lobe sep 110. Advertised as 2000 - 6000 rpm range. Might look at 270 Magnum, Lunati Bracket Master 2, or similar if you don't want to mess with a stall converter.
