I was thinking that my carburetor (1969 Autolite 4300) on my 351 W had problem because my engine will crank and run for only 15 to 20 seconds at a time. Now I have discovered that my heater hose water valve (It's an A/C car) is on the wrong hose, and is therefore installed in reverse. Would this cause presure that could stall the engine, until the pressure drops, allow the engine to crank again, only to stall again after a few more seconds? Also, I have the wrong valve, could that be a problem as well?

Thanks ya'll
