I finally figured out how to post pictures on this forum, and I thought I would share a picture of my new ride (er uh project). This is exactly how I received the car. As you can see I have my work cut out for me. I've just about collected all of the pieces to start building the car. I just need to get my Galaxie finished so I can get it in my garage. I'll try to post pictures as the project progresses.

Current projects: 65 Fastback, 68 Coupe Oval Track Racer, 64 Galaxie 500 XL, 54 F-100 Pickup

SWMBO was sitting here as I checked out the pic. Her response? OH GOD!

She doesn't think my car is quite so bad now....lol

Dang! Just when I got used to being "strange", I became a "newbie", then a "tire-kicker". Now I'm a "beginner"?.....hmmmmmm...where do I start?

At least I won't have to strip it to have it media blasted ;-) The good thing about it is there is ZERO rust and ZERO bondo in it,everything is solid i.e. floor pans, quarters, cowl, trunk floors, frame rails, etc.

Yeah, the front end is there, it does have some crash damage though. I'm planning on putting a full tube chassis under it so that won't be much of a problem. As for the old bike(s) one is a '69 Kawasaki KD90 and the other is a '78 Suzuki RM125.

Good luck with your project. I really do like the way you look at the positive. That will surely help in your big job. It will take time but just think of the accomplishment when you get it the way YOU want it.
Have fun with it,
Bob
