Looking for advice on getting a car cover. It wont be on the car all the time, but times like when I take it to a show and have to spend the night, or at the in-laws. Also when I back her out of the garage to work on my 66 Mustang when it looks like rain (car cover is for a 2000 Saleen). I don't know anything about car covers, and would like some advice. SWIMBO got caught in a summer storm 3 years ago and has hail damage all over her Saturn from it. I realize no car cover protects against everything, but rain, airborne debris (pollen, leaves etc) and Hail are my 3 biggest worries.

Any advice on what to look for , price ranges, features, material, where to get, or what to avoid?

Thanks!

Try this place: www.calcarcover.com

I bought mine at NPD, I got the heavy canvas\flannel one, major protection against the kids toys and such. I don't think you want that one though, not easy to put on\off. Also, not for rain. California CC has a lot of info.
