What does everyone rate as the best car covers to use on your stang. I have a 69 that I would like to keep the dust and occasional rain off. So what are your thoughts which are good and which are crap

A lot depends on where the car will be parked, but normally a CoverCraft Noah is the way to go, especially for an outdoor cover. You want one that is water proof, but yet able to breathe. Here is a link.
