Yeah, it's the pressure...*G*
Try this....run the car, shut off, pop the carb top and measure down to the fuel level....then, lower the float a bit and repeat....does the new level end up lower?
How does the current level compare to the one recommended in the sevice manual or carb book..?
Is the gas leaking onto the outside of the carb or internally into the engine?..(I don't remember your original problem...)
Post some engine and carb details in your bio or sig line to refresh my OF memory..*G*
