I have a Motorcraft 4V carb that I believe to be a 4300. The ID tag is missing and there is D5PE FB stamped on the base. There are no other numbers that I can see on it. Can anyone verify if this is a 4300 and can tell what it came off of? Thanks for the help.

I believe you will find that it is a 4350 model if memory serves me right, they switched sometime in the 70's, or it could be a 4300D spreadbore. The D5 tells you it is a 1975 model carb, the "P" means it is a service replacement carb (I believe-sorry can't be of more help with the newer carbs).
