From one Kevin to another, hello, the carbs decode as follows:
C4AF-R: 4V 4100 carb 1964 Ford Full size (Galaxie) 352 Engine automatic trans 1.12 venturi

C4AF-DH: 4V 4100 model carb 1964 Ford full size again, 390 engine with manual trans, 1.12 venturi

The 1.12 flow at around just under 600 CFM, I believe the two carbs you have would have also been used for full size Mercury applications in 64 with FE's, but am not certain.

C4AF-R: 352 4V Auto
C4AF-DH: 390 4V Manual.
Both 64's. IIRC, you can use Holley jets in Ford carbs up to 64. After that it's Autolite or nothing.
