I'm going to start collecting parts for some work on the stang over the winter time. I'm currently thinking about slapping on a new intake and carb. My 67 289 has the stock equipment.
I may rebuild the engine within the next year or 2 and probably want to build it up a little bit. Nothing too exotic, but I'd like to get a carb and intake that will work well in stock form and also on a mildly built 289.
Any suggestions? A friend did say that Edelbrock would do me well a 600 CFM carb and the performer intake.
