Interesting to see that the inner carb has a different float level as the outer ones. At least the sight plug sits higher. Not so strange maybe, because four barrels also have different heights front and rear (and 4150 carbs have different rear levels than 4160s).
With Weber DCOEs mounted on each side, you would end up with a runner (carb plus that adapter), then a plenum and then again a runner in the rest of the manifold + head. A rather odd configuration.....
