This doesn't appear on any of the references I've picked up lately.... It's a Carter AFB 9637. The inlet was blocked off by a backwards fuel filter (!), unattached to anything else.

Isnt that a bowl vent???


It doesnt have vacuum on it at any throttle position and the engine running, does it?

It's you have return line to the fuel tank that's where you put to return hose to.

That would make sense! Thanks! It must be a late development not to show up in my refs (mostly from the 80s).
