I can't afford to have my used 4300 rebuilt right now, so I'm going to rebuild the Carter AFB myself. Does anyone know where the model number is marked? The front label just says "Carter AFB" and has running ponies on either side.

Facing the mounted carb, the number is on the lower left corner of the base, on the face. Probably says something like "9636 S".

Right you are, MrGEM! Under the grime it clearly reads 9637SA.
