I can't help much except to say yes, they are made by somebody. I've seen them advertised recently but cannot remember who had them. If I see it again I will let you know. Sorry I couldn't be more specific, at least you know you are looking for something that exists............ *G*.

sure thats what you need..a cast aluminum oil pan..this way when you over tighten the bolts..instead of bending the lip you can snap it..*shutters*..I'll stay with the sheetmetal..I am not very careful especially when I am working upside down..*LOL*

Branda sells a cast "Cobra" pan I think they are in the 400 dollar range. There are some good steel pans out there, Canton, Aviad are a couple of the best, not to mention an original (with baffle). I guess its a matter of personal preference and money. Jim.
