Two things...

1) Where can I get a mounting kit to mount my CD Player where the tape deck is?

2) Last guy who owned this car installed the CD Player in a little custom console below the dash. I guess its not hooked up right, because when I turn off the car the clock gets all messed up. Any input on this?

The CD Player is a Pioneer DEH-2100. The dimensions are:

7Wx 2H x 6 1/4D inches

There's probaby a universal mounting bracket or something right?

You can most likley find a mounting kit at Pep Boys, etc, or Best Buys/ Circuit City, or somewhere like that. As far as the wiring, there should be one power wire that goes to a constant hot like the cigarette lighter, and another that you hook into a switched circuit like the ignition.

Sounds like he just forgot to hook up the memery wire. That is a full time power source to keep the clock/presets set. Some people mistakinly hook it to a keyed sorce.

Yep, I've always used the cigarette lighter lead for main power. Just run the main power lead, (usually red), from there and the clock will always have a source. Easy fix. Good luck.
