I'm just encouraging everyone to give the chat room a trial run, it is really alot of fun and you get a feel for who other posters are that you can't get through a forum setting... Its easy to use, Bob did an excellent job with it, its a great idea! I'm in there all the time (my SN is Rangr133dB) and there are some others that drop by pretty frequently, its like instant VMF!

There are a couple links from the VM homepage, you may have to empty your cache and reload in order to see it... You need AOL or Netscape Instant Messenger, both are free and quick to download, and there is a link at VM for that too... Then you just click on the Chat room link after you log on the instant messenger and it takes care of the rest.

OK.. Click on "Tools" on the toolbar, then "Internet Options". In the 2nd box down it will say "Temporary Internet Files", click "Delete Files". Next time you go to VM, it should get a fresh version of the page, with the links on it.

it is at the bottom right of the page, or the top box in the center column.... Don't know why it wouldn't be loading up, I'll have to think about this. I just started using the IM because my Netscape is having problems. Try this:

Log on AIM

Type this in address bar of your browser:
aim:gochat?roomname=vmfchat+Chat

it ought to load it up, it did for me

BTW, thanks for the compliement!

Do this:
insert url here
that should do it, but you can't use Geocities, they won't allow image hosting. I switched to Tripod, no worries now. Good luck!

You might want to try deleting the cookies from the cache also. Go to settings, preferences, internet properties, then click on "settings" button and then click view files and then just highlight all the files and delete. Before you do this, clear ur cache as described by nosaj so there will be less files to select. For some reason I couldnt see the link with my aol browser either so I finally opened it up under netscape browser and there it was. Then, next time I checked it out it was there. Kinda weird. I dunno. Good Luck!
