This winter I plan to refurbish the interior, including adding 3-pt belts, headrests, fix a rattle (or two), replace the wiring and add insulation (and maybe a few other things – mission creep). I just saw this fold down rear seat kit at CJP.

NPD and Virginia Mustang don’t seem to carry a full kit, only parts. Has anyone used this kit? Any comments? Thanks.

Note that "Kit" is not complete. "*Seat foam, upholstery and carpet are not included with this kit."
If you are converting from a fixed seat, you will also need the trap door, hardware, handle, latches and a number of odds and ends. Take a look at Sam Griffith's Fold down seat page for more details:
