clutch fork measurement

Can anyone measure a 65-68 Stang clutch fork for me. I need the distance wide where the "anti-rattle spring" holes are. I have a friend with an old F-100 truck, and needs the spring. I'm trying to find out if the fork is the same width. If so, we win.
