Clutch pedal support bracket, any tips

Well I have decided that the only other thing that could be causing my clutch problems(see earlier posts) is the play in my support bracket.
Has anyone done one of these and can anyone offer some tips ,words of encouragement, or just moral support.
I am hoping that this will fix my clutch releases problem,oh and by the way now I find the rear wheel cylinders are both frozen. I REALLY gotta take this car out more.....

I replaced the bushings in mine while doing the Hi-Po restoration with a steel aftermarket replacement. Since then I think an even better bushing replacement is on the market, one that uses needle bearings. A friend has used it and is very satisfied. The biggest hassel is getting the darn bracket out.
