Has anyone redone there comfort weave seats. Before I dive into it is there a material that forms the ridges. I believe that the seams have separated and thats why it looks flatish. Seats are good except for the drivers bottom.

It sounds like you may have just broken a listing wire, the hog rings came loose or the wire sleeve on the inside separated from the underside of the main upholstery.

As myfirstcar said, Sounds like the listing wire has came loose , could be rot in the material, or rusted out wire, when you get them off, you will see the listing wire in the cloth material, You can buy new ones, but I make mine out of cloth hangers [ in your closet] just be sure to bend the ends over so no sharp edge. Just have a GOOD pair of hog ring plyers, long nose, shot ones are HARD to get to the bottom of seat frame listing wire.A lot of them you see for sale are junk, cheap, and will not work TRUST me, I learned the hard way. Dont buy the cheap made ones.
