Hello All
My little brother give me a set of 64cc Winsor SR heads. I'm about to install on a 76 351w block with stock type cast piston. Could anyone give me an idea of what I should expect for commpression? The current setup is in a 70 mustang with a c-4, 600/holley atop EDle's RPM, 2500 stall convert, 2 1/4 dual exh, current cam is 214int/224exh DUR, .472in/.496ex lift. Head in car have been work to 1.96/1.60 value with roller tip setup, milled .20. Best ET per G-tech is 13.60 on BFG drag radial, rear gears is TRac Loc 3.50.
Should I expect a lost of performance due to the commpression drop? I welcome all input please on getting this car into high 12's.

Factory 351w pistons usually have a huge dish in them. IINM, Dart usually recomends the Jr.heads for mild 302's. I certainly don't have the experience or background of Art, but I can't help but to wonder if he'll be better off doing some more work to the '76 heads. After all, 351W heads from 69 to 76 are basically the same in reguards to performance capabilities. The valves, ports and chambers are basically the same.
