The aluminum heads breath so much better than the cast iron, they partially make up for t(e lower compression. I would still prefer the 53 cc heads or to mill the 63 heads down to something like 58 ccs

Well, things may have taken a turn and motor plans are taken shape.

Picked up an 89 Roller 5.0 out of a mustang. Might see what kind of wheeling and dealing I can do with the guy for the heads and rockers and use them on the newer 302.

My 66 289 runs and looks good, so I can slap the 4b and intake on there and build the 302 in the background. I'm pretty sure the factory e7te heads are 63cc, so the 61cc Chambers on the tfs 170s should be a nice comp bump.
