I'm wanting to change my factory wheel to something a little nicer but mainly to fit disc brakes when that time comes.

Doing a lot of reading and here is what I'm thinking.

15x7 wheel

5x4.5 bolt pattern
4.25 back spacing

Tires P225/60R15

Not planning on any major upgrades other than disc brake conversion but for a while I will be staying with stock drums.

I don't want chrome anything and I really like the old bullet hole style so I found these wheels and centers.

Thanks

Even 14" wheels will fit over the original disc brakes used on Mustangs from '65-'73. CSRP and Chock sell kits to convert drum brakes to the original '65-'67 Kelsey-Hayes style calipers and rotors. If you get into some of the late model monster-size Mustang GT and Cobra brake kits sold by MustangSteve you may need to go all the way to 17" wheels to clear the calipers. Your choice of 15" wheels will be fine as long as you stick with normal size calipers and rotors.
