Went to look at a 68 coupe today for the boy. It seemed to be in pretty good shape, in that floor panels had been replaced, etc., but the area under the battery tray needs replacing. How big a job is this? I've never done any body work, so approximately how much would that repair cost if I hired out the sheetmetal work and did the finishing and painting myself?
TIA,

James

Thanks! If I can work out a deal on the car, I may have to try that.
