There is a pair of them, one for each side. They're basically thin foam pieces sown in a pattern that looks like those things your grandmother had on the arms of the chairs to keep them from wearing out. They store in the trunk with the boot when the top is up (at least that's where I put mine). I am assuming they come with the boot. My car had them when I got it.
I can take a couple of pictures and send them to you. It may take a few days, I don't have a digital camera so I have to take them the old fashioned way, get 'em developed and scan 'em in, just like our forefathers did.
