I found the culprit for the rusted floor pan on the passenger side. I removed the heater box and other interference the top hats look OK ( no holes visible or by poking with screwdriver). Please take a look at the link. All of the side panel is good with exception of the two holes in the pictures. How do you guys recommend fixing the top hole, its right where the cowl and side panel meet forward of the antenna cable hole.

I'm with Midlife.

It apears you alredy have the fender off (if not the repair will be easier if you remove it). Removal of the infected/rusted metal and a welded patch will insure the best possible repair.

If for some reason you cannot have the repair welded. You could get by with riveting an overlapping patch and sealing well with seam sealer.

Good thing it was't the cowl hats ::
