I have a yellow top coil I got from the salvage yard today. When I cleaned it up, I saw a crack in the yellow part of the coil about 1" long. Can it be repaired? It's a FoMoco coil & I would like to use it in my 1964 !/2 mustang.
Thank you, Brent

You can try using some clear epoxy resin to seal the crack and give it a try but I would be surprised if it didnt arc.

Same Advice.....5-Minute Clear Epoxy works well...

Good Original coils are getting harder to find today!...even with the millions of cars made with them! ....Amazing....

I don't think that the Repro coils are any good... I think that they just leave you stranded on the road after a bit... :(

)
