hey all, i want to cut my repro 67 bezel to fit a din sized cd player. How would i go about doing this?

first of all, do you have a dremel?

Dremel using cutoff wheel worked good for me.

The combo of a Dremel, a couple of files, and a hacksaw worked for me. If you don't have a Dremel, another type of small grinder would work. Lacking these you could still get the job done with hand tools. You will cuss and sweat a lot. Thick potmetal is no fun to trim by hand.
