I had a good time at the swap meet and got to meet a lot of great people including members of the local club and the VMF.
It was hot http://www.bluestang.com/mustang/smilies/hotseat.gif which kept a lot of people away, but I sold over half of the stuff/junk I brought and made around $400 /forums/images/icons/smile.gif
We had dinner at 5:00 at On the Border, only 2 VMFers and 1 SWMBO showed, but we had a good time. I want to thank DMORRISON, his SWMBO, and ang67must for waiting for me to get to the Dinner /forums/images/icons/crazy.gif.
And lastly I made a single purchase at the swap meet to add to my ever expanding collection of Mustangs large and small. It is a 1966 Mustang GT Coupe Dealer Promo model, which I am guessing is 1/12th scale. It doesn't have a motor and is a little rough, but it is the only one I've seen in person and I got a good deal on it.
Sorry I missed out on it...but duty called at home so I had to spend Saturday working on household projects. But at least I got to work on the truck a bit Sunday....
