I have a flywheel from what I believe is a 66 289. I was told this is a 6cyl flywheel and won't work for me. The part number is C6AE-63800. How can I tell?

Thanks,
Bill

I know a 300 6cly flywheel will bolt up to a 302 but the balance is different. I am not sure about the other 6cly flywheels fitting a 302.

Flywheels have a basic part number of 6375. 6 cylinder versions have 132 or 136 teeth, whereas the V8 versions (289/302) have 160, 157, or 164 teeth.
