I have a 66 mustang with a 200 I6 and I’m wondering what kind of distributor/carburetor would be best for the car itself. Right now there’s a Chevy HDI distributor paired with a 450 holly carburetor which is not the best for my I6. So if anything does anyone have any Input on what carburetor and distributor would be a good Match.

You already have a thread going on this subject. I see no reason to start a new one.

Your car is pretty heavily modified from stock. It's probably a good idea to get the new DUI cap and rotor and get it running as is first and then figure out what it needs to run the way you want.

Yeah, it's $40 on parts you might just sell later, but I think it'd be better to know just where you're at to start with before you start randomly changing out parts.
