I found an 83 with a T5 and a 302. I have a inline 6, so I need suspension, 5 lug spindles, disc brakes, etc. My question is, would the spindles, disc brakes and such of the 83 fit my 67?

Basically the engine and transmission can be transplanted and maybe the front seats if you like them. The rest goes out the door, you can't use it.

Your '67 has upper and lower control arms with a spindle attached by ball joints between them. The '83 has a lower control arm and a strut. No upper control arm and a completely different spindle.
