I am replacing door hinges. I need to know the correct spacing
between the door to Quarter panel and the gap at door to
top of rocker. Any help will be appreciated. ::

Typically the door to qtr panel gap is 1/8" to 3/16", constant from top to bottom. However that gap and the front of door to fender gap should be equal for apperance purposes. As for the rocker to bottom of door gap, that is dictated by bringing the top of the door even with the top of the qtr panel. The resulting gap at the bottom of the door will typically be the same dimension, front to rear. A quarter inch and even more is not unusual in this area.

An easy trick is to use a paint stir stick. Place the end of it betwen the door edge and the quarter pannel.

You could also put one at the top and another at the bottom of the door when adjusting the door. If either fall out, you know the gap isn't consistant.

Good luck.
