Hi all,
The door skins on my '68 coupe are in good shape but need to be touched up with a coat of black paint. Is there a specific kind of paint to apply to these door skins? These parts of the door look look most like vinyl instead of sheet metal (appearance and texture)----will regular rattle can enamel work??? Thanks for your help!!!

Enamel may work but I'd recommend lacquer. You should strip all existing paint off first otherwise you may unwilling wind up filling in the texture, especially if the door has been repainted once or twice.
