is there any way to open up the door and look inside it instead of looking in just those little holes where you have no room to move? i need to find out what is wrong with the window and i cant seem to get a good enough look inside of it!

Sorry guy you're pretty much stuck with the little holes unless you cut off the door skin and replace it.

Every day is a holiday if you love your job.

The only access you have is the holes behind the door panel.

I take it you'd rather not remove the window if you can help it. I don't blame you, even on a '65, the simplist of the bunch, it's a PITA. I find a flash light or trouble light and a small mirror helps. I guess the Vintage Mustang door styling is the price to pay. I just yanked a window regulator out of a '65 Ford Galaxie today and because it had full door panels it was a lot easier to remove than the limited access of our 'Stangs.

Good luck!
