My first Mustang Owner Question!!!

OK, what do I need to do to keep the driver and passenger side windows from dropping about 1/4 inch everytime I close the doors?

Thanks!!

BTW photo will be up on my signature line soon.

This is not the answer you want to hear, but the answer is ... rebuild the regulators. Not the easiest or cheapest job in the world, but the only way you'll get rid of the slop in the windows.

I was going to say DUCT tape.....

Duct tape is like the force -- light on one side, dark on the other and it holds the universe together *LOL*

Hey John,

Not a problem. I was up to my a(*^% doing yard work most of Sunday. YUCK. A bad day working on the stang is a LOT better than a good day doing yard work. *LOL*

Just give me a shout when you get a chance.
Talk to ya L8R

It's not all that expensive, and not really that difficult either. Trust me you'll be glad you did it. I remember I tried to fix my regulators by oiling them good. But then you could just push them down with one finger, not exactly secure.
