Besides bending tubes, bench bleeding the MC and bleeding the brakes (in order of right rear, left rear, right front, left front) that could be it. Unless...
you have front disc brakes and rear drum... then, you might want to replace your proportioning valve (~$55 from SSB). Also, I had to buy fittings to match up the existing tubes on my early-65 fastback to my new 67 MC. the reservoir for the front was the same, but the reservoir for the rear was too big so I had to adapt to it.
