How close is this car to being the first 70 Boss 429 ?

Seems really close. Its even got a 69 style driver's door.

Ok lets pretend that I don't know the difference between a 1969 and 1970 mustang door,so what's the difference?
Heck that cars giving me a woody just looking at it.

LOL, good question, since the doors are the same and interchangeable what is the diff?

It has two holes under the driver's latch for mounting a metal data plate. 70's have a plastic data "decal", not a metal plate.

As MachMike said 69's have holes drilled in them for the warranty plate and 70's didn't have these holes since they received warranty decals. Not really much of a difference, but KK 2145 is really close to either being one of the last 69 429s or one of the first few 70s.

I have since found out on another forum that some of the 69 doors actually made it into the early 70 models.
