Swapping a 92 5.0 into a 65:

How did you do the belts? Serpentine or V belt?
If Serpentine... how would you set it up without P/S, Smog, and even A/C?

If V Belt... Where did you get a 4 bolt pulley that would fit the harmonic balancer? Or did you swap the balancer?

I went v-belt. I got my pulleys from March.

I will likely go serpentine eventually. March has "eliminator" kits for bypassing the A/C. They also have kits for just waterpump and alternator if that's all you need.

V-belt: A Summit or FMS balancer is $100, or use 70s Ford pullies.

Serpintine: Use a ~72" belt. To heck with the eliminator kits!

I used the serpentine & a smog, AC eliminator kit which are available from all the late model Mustang vendors.
