I'm having a problem with my 65 mustang , the alternator light will not go off, i changed my alternator , voltage regulator and a new battery but still nothing, any solutions??

Check the connector for the voltage regulator. If all the wires aren't seated into the clip and making propper connection, it will exhibit this symptom.

Is the battery maintaining it's charge? Also, if the alternator wiring isn't hooked up right you'll notice the battery isn't charging.

the battery drains , i was driving home and the car just turned off, i'll check the wiring. thanks for the help.i'll keep you guys posted
