I searched and found no answers...

Observed: I had my headlights on and the emergency flashers on. When I pressed the brake pedal, the flashers went to all lighted - no blinking.

Question: Is this the way they are supposed to work?

Wrinkle: I have the JME Enterprises cluster for a '67.

BTW - this happened while I was pulled over on the NJ Turnpike Saturday waiting for a thunderstorm to pass. Not the best place to ponder the electronics! /forums/images/icons/blush.gif

Yes, with integrated em flasters/brake lights, the Brake switch overrides the flasher to burn the brake lights constantly (if you were moving with the flashers on, wouldn't you want the people behind you to know that you were applying the brake?)

Just tried this on my '66. Works the same way as your experience. Don't know why, but must be correct.
