In Short NO the exhaust manifolds will bolt up but the windsor block is taller and wider so hense the H pipe will have to be replaced,,You will be better off finding windsor manifolds as well,, because they flow better

The manifolds will bolt up fine, the problem is they'll be about an inch higher up than the 289/302. It doesn't sound like much but there's not much room for error in old Mustangs and pipe doesn't stretch. Likely you can get it in there (no promises!) and the local exhaust shop can adapt or make you another H-pipe. It shouldn't be a big deal for them. The hardest part may be finding a cooperative and competent exhaust shop.
