Though my car won't meet concours standards, if I have to spend the money anyway to replace stuff, I would like replicate the original as much as possible. That being said, I want to replace the windshield and backglass on a 1966 Mustang Fastback. What do I need to know? Thanks.

Glass dates are a Year/Month format, they don't specify the decade though. For example, 5L would be November '65, 6E would be May '66.

I replaced all of the glass on my 66 coupe with glass from PS Autoglass. Great glass and they even replicate the Carlite markings, and want you to tell them the codes on your glass so that they can match them. Also, they will want you to measure your present glass and tell them where on your glass your markings are. I promise, you will not be disappointed !
