Hi all,
I have an Holley 2V carb on my 66 289 Mustang. When engine is warmed up and shut off for a while I have trouble getting the engine to idle properly. (too high)

I now found that the problem is that the fast idle cam gets stuck and doesn't release properly.

How do I adjust this?

Any input appreciated

Probably something is sooted up. Take the choke asm. apart and clean everything with some scotch brite. That's what I do. Hope this helps.
