After 8 months of a complete interior color change/overhaul, brake overhaul, exhaust overhaul, replace exterior chrome, detail engine and trunk, and a new set of wheels/tires, I have finally gotten to the point where I can drive my car!!!! Thanks to all of the VMFer's who answered my many questions over the last 8 months. I even had one VMFer give me a hard to find window part. I still have a few electrical issues to resolve, and some carb tweaking to do, but it's drivable.
