I decided to bite the bullet and get ac on my 65’ 289 coupe. I’m waiting for the kit to arrive and figured in the meantime I should address the cooling system. Currently I have an American Eagle 2 row aluminum radiator, which works great, with a flex fan and shroud. I know the flex fan is the weak point so I’m looking to replace it with a clutch. Which one will work best for a mild 289 and ac?

I’m looking at this combo from NPD:

https://www.npdlink.com/product/fan-blade-assy-replacement-6-blade-17-inch/141965/387?year=1965

Is that everything I need? I’ve never installed a clutch fan so I’m essentially a newbie, what else is needed?

Finally, what’s the order of installation? Beginning from water pump pulley: spacer, fan, clutch?

Thanks
