Great day after 42 years of not running. Actually, the big block 428PI was replaced around 1973 with a small block.
So it is nice to hear it run after several years of restoration. It is a 67 Shelby GT 500, but I went with a date matched
FE 427 Side Oiler - Medium Riser with dual quads. It still needs a lot of tweaks and the exhaust to be finished, but
it was a good day overall!

Thanks guys! What is great is that I sent the video to the original owners - (owner number two 1968-1973) and (owner number four 1974-2014) and they immediately started sharing stories
about the good old days and their racing history in Epping and on the Mass Pike. Good stuff!
