I have reinstalled my power steering pump and cannot get the air out of it by turning the steering wheel left and right but no luck, checked all the fittings ect. but it seems it is foaming
in the pump is there an way to stop this, if not what is the main cause of this? Would like to take to the mechanic but there are none that work on Mustangs here in Thailand. Thanks

Foaming is caused by air in the system. Tha earlier advice given by others was correct, turning the wheel left and right with the engine running is the way to bleed the air out.

What type of fluid are you using?
