Im working on a pro street 67 mustang. I have always loved the gt500 with the headlights in the grill.(round) Does anyone know how to reproduce these? what size are they and what type of bucket do they have?
Thanks for any and all help!

Check with Tony Branda at www.cobranda.com. I believe they carry the grill for the inboard lights and the correct lights.

The grill lights were simply high beam headlights for the car...i.e. standard high beam lights. The grills and some of the accompaning parts are available from Branda but I dont believe the headlight buckets are available new...they were from a '61 Galaxie I believe and are hard to find...I think they were used because they were flat in the back and could be screwed to the brackets where a normal bucket was round in the back and not useful in this situation...makes more sense if you look at a '67 Shelby in person. I think you could rig something up since you are probably not concernced with concourse correctness and no one would be the wiser by getting some ideas from a '67 Shelby.

Good luck.
