Frame Machine for Floor Pans???Y or N???

I am getting ready to put front and rear pans in my 70 Coupe...I was talking to a resto guy the i respect a lot and he told me the only right way to put pans in was to put the car on a frame machine...Is this true???I looked at some old posts and i see a few of you guys did it with (relatively) no probs...Let me know...tks...

Frame machine not needed. Once you start the process, don't move the car, and complete one side/area at a time. Happy welding!
