That's awesome! I had an early 42 Ford GWP with the "Ford" script on the back. Many people do not know that these old jeeps were built both by Willys and by Ford during WWII. What a beautiful and simple vehicle! Thanks for sharing.

Wow! Very nice. As a fan of the early cars It is strange to see a fastback with the 'A' on the vent knob, the steering wheel obscures it, but is the off position for the blower in the center or to the left? Does the car have an alternator or generator charging system? I see it has the louvers in the core support. Also has the early style hood bumpers. Lots of little details point to an early built car, however the 08J is definitive as early built. My dad's '65 convertible is 16G

I also like the display. I pick out an Enfield, Piat, Bren and two Stens. Non-functional for display or blank firing for reenactment I suppose?
